Job Overview


We are seeking an HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to lead and manage all human resources activities in our offices in Hyderabad and Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and training programs, and will play a key role in shaping our company culture and workforce strategy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy, encompassing aspects like compensation, benefits, and company-wide best practices.

  • Analyze role-specific metrics and collaborate with Operations heads to develop and refine performance plans.

  • Lead and enhance the talent acquisition process, focusing on improving the quality of candidates and the efficiency of the selection process.

  • Oversee and manage a robust performance appraisal system, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and employee development.

  • Foster a culture of high employee engagement across multiple Indian locations and divisions, contributing to improved staff retention and support for emerging leaders within the company.

  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining a strong understanding of legal requirements and implementing necessary changes.

  • Take responsibility for the development of the HR team, driving initiatives for company-wide and role-specific training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Regularly review, update, and recommend human resource policies, documents and procedures, ensuring they meet internal standards and legal requirements.

  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions effectively, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to violations and employee concerns.

  • Embrace data-driven decision-making, utilising HR metrics in reporting to senior management and in guiding strategic decisions.

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory legislation.

  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews to identify trends and make recommendations for organisational improvements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast growing MNC company

  • Preferred experience in IT, e-commerce or direct to consumer brands.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Ability to architect strategy along with strong people skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
